driven by defendant Elmer Zaske who was employed by defendant Walter Baker on a highway construction project being carried
on by defendant Woodrich Construction Company, Inc., under a contract with the state of Minnesota, plaintiff's employer. The
case was tried before Harold E. Flynn, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict of $80,000 for plaintiff against defendant
Woodrich Construction Company, Inc., only. Said defendant appealed from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment
